As your therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment for every client. With 20 years of experience and a strong commitment to ethical care, I hold myself to the highest standards of professionalism.

To ensure that every session remains respectful, effective, and centered on your well-being, the following boundaries and expectations apply to all clients:

Zero Tolerance for Inappropriate Behavior

Massage therapy is a professional therapeutic service, not a form of entertainment.

Any inappropriate behavior—including but not limited to:

• Sexual requests
• Suggestive comments
• Inappropriate gestures or actions (verbal, nonverbal, or physical)

will result in the immediate termination of the session.

• Clients will be permanently prohibited from booking future services
• Full payment is still required, regardless of how much time has passed in the session
• Appropriate authorities may be contacted if necessary

Your well-being is my priority—and I expect all interactions to reflect the same level of respect and professionalism.

Scope of Practice

All services are provided within the legal and ethical scope of licensed massage therapy, based on my:

• Formal education
• Clinical experience
• Continuing education

I do not provide services outside of this scope, including:

• Medical diagnosis
• Spinal or joint manipulation
• Treatments not supported by my licensure

Punctuality, Cancellations & Time Management

To provide the highest level of service and respect for all clients’ time:

• Clients must be ready and available at the scheduled appointment time
• Late readiness may result in a shortened session
• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
