While Jamal Pinkston LMT, LLC does not bill insurance directly, professional and detailed receipts are provided to allow clients to submit their sessions for reimbursement when their plan permits.
Some insurance providers reimburse massage therapy when it is performed by a licensed massage therapist and used for wellness support, pain management, injury recovery, or medically related concerns.
Coverage varies by individual policy, and reimbursement is never guaranteed. However, many clients have successfully received partial or full reimbursement depending on their specific plan benefits.
Sessions are self-pay at the time of service. Clients then submit their receipt directly to their insurance provider or benefits administrator for review.
Upon request, receipts include documentation commonly required by insurance companies, such as:
• Date of service
• Type of service and session duration
• Provider name and business name
• Georgia Massage License Number
• Tax ID (EIN)
• Amount paid
This documentation is structured to make the reimbursement process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
