Sessions are self-pay at the time of service. Clients may submit their receipt to their insurance provider or benefits administrator for possible reimbursement, depending on their plan. Coverage varies and is not guaranteed.
Receipts Include:
• Date and type of service
• Session duration
• Provider and business information
• Georgia Massage License Number
• Tax ID (EIN)
• Amount paid

• Muscle tension and mobility concerns
• Stress-related conditions
• Injury recovery and physical wellness
Clients are responsible for verifying coverage, eligibility, and documentation requirements directly with their insurance provider prior to booking.
