Deposits

To ensure fairness and protect both your time and mine, the following policy applies to bookings of three (3) or more sessions at once:

1. Deposit Requirement

   • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking when scheduling 3 or more sessions.

   • The deposit will be applied toward your final session balance.

2. Refunds & Rescheduling

   • Deposits are refundable only if cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to the first scheduled session.

   • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

3. Missed Sessions

   • Any missed or canceled sessions within the multi-session package (without proper notice) will count as a completed session.

4. Purpose of the Deposit

   • Deposits help ensure that your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you and protect the therapist from potential lost income due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
